Great service these days seems to be somewhat of a curious anachronism. Though Covid has taken its toll on a company’s ongoing challenge of acquiring and maintaining quality team members, with effective management, strong organizations like Castle Floors can still ferret out team members that are performers. That said, I want to acknowledge Castle’s Service Manager Louis and his outstanding technicians like Alan. Further, I want to take a moment to thank the General Manager, Aaron, for assembling a team that still remembers that “the customer pays their paycheck.” Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer.
More specifically, Aaron was my contact when I needed their services for my home. It would be challenging to meet a more down-to-earth and knowledgeable individual in this day and time. Can you imagine a service provider calling for permission to be a few minutes early? Further, Aaron, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious. As a veteran and currently in Law Enforcement, I will go out of my way to recommend Castle Floors with each opportunity I am presented with.
In closing, thank you for taking a very challenging and personal project and making easy and cost-effective. My neighbors that have actually added hardwood floors said their job was not half the quality that Castle Floors executed. I can certainly understand why they are recognized as the leader in its field. My congratulations to the company for that hard-earned recognition.
Please, if anyone is considering a service of this type, either commercial and / or residential, I highly recommend you take the time to allow them to review your project. My impression from Lawrence is regardless of the size of the job, it will be executed accurately, timely and at a competitive price.

Castle Floors just finished laying down luxury vinyl flooring throughout our house (minus 2 spare bedrooms) and did a phenomenal job. Everyone who works there was great to work with. The installers worked their tails off, and had the job completed in three days. Highly recommend.
While I haven’t purchased the flooring from Castle floors yet. I just called in and spoke with Sarah about the process. She was kind, courteous and answered all of my questions. Provided feedback and was willing to go the extra mile to help me. That doesn’t happen very often anymore. Thanks Sarah!

For anyone looking for luxury vinyl flooring I highly recommend Castle Floors in Mesa. I had them replace the carpeting in my bedrooms, walk-in closet, and den. I went to their showroom with a square of the tile in the rest of my house and a board with the wall paint on it. Consultant Sarah helped me find a perfect match and she and another consultant answered all my questions. She let me take large samples home and then came out to measure after I made my decision. Installation was timely. They sent a crew out so it was completed in one day. Looks great and got a great price. I have received many compliments on it.
